Xpand Group Pty Ltd

The talent we place transforms companies, that transform the world. That’s why we love what we do.

Digital and tech specialists with a creative edge

We like to get creative. Thinking outside the box doesn’t do it justice. We just never saw the box to begin with.

How we got here

Back in 1993 we started as full service tech recruiters. But it was inevitable we’d get swept up into the exciting new world of where digital and tech converge. It was a natural evolution to become a full life cycle of talent sourcing, attraction, engagement, recruitment and managed solutions.

Leaders and innovators

Big claims, but we stand by them. We’re 60 passionate people working across the Asia Pacific with a global network, and our leadership and innovation in the sector is what separates us from every other recruitment company. The way we lead is a little different – we do it as a peer, we take you with us.

And it’s all about helping your business do the same – lead, innovate, grow. Let’s do it together.

We love what we do

We question the status quo. We find new ways. Because we love digital media and technology. It reaches its full potential when talented people are put in the right fit roles. We know those talented people. We place them. We work for them. We employ them.

With one eye on the ‘now’, and one on tomorrow, we’ve built a reputation on integrity, creativity, and simply doing what we say we will.
