Analytics at Atlassian is multidisciplinary. The ideal fit is someone who can dig into the business challenge and ask the core questions, ensure data integrity and statistical significance, and build a convincing case to take action. We're looking for a difference maker, a thoughtful and diligent data analyst who can take data from many sources, segment and correlate them, and partner with business executives to drive the right actions. In this role: You will uncover different challenges concerning customers and product issues through data analysis and partnering with leaders You will work with a large volume and variability of data to understand meaningful trends and important outliers signalling change You are going to develop intuitive dashboards to drive key measures and Customer Success through trending and segmentation You will coach and assist others in refining their own analytic abilities and effective presentation More about you You are a proven data analyst who is strong in SQL and statistical tools to interpret data (e.g. R or Python modules) You possess a solid understanding of statistics and understand data significance You are great in visualizing data in Tableau You understand the fundamentals of data models and performing ETL You have excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, and great attention to detail and data integrity You have unwavering curiosity and desire to share meaningful insights to improve the customer experience It's also great if: You are passionate in telling stories through data, with heart and humor, that resonate senior leadership You hold an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or computer science More about our team We challenge each other constantly to improve our work and ask hard questions.
